  Good focused opinion piece today about small towns side stepping and beating big telcos

so sad no such <bleep> TSR (Telus-Rogers-Shaw)  in larger cities.

The Olds Alberta O-NET.ca project,  CUUG's November speakers, got a solid acknowledge.
