They have 30 meeting rooms of various sizes so in future it could be feasible to have multiple channels of interest going on at the same time if desired? Rooms have to be booked by Calgary Public Library members who agree to the CPLibrary and CLUG rules Date: Dec 5, 2018 -- booked from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM Place: Central Library 3-19C Meeting Room. (seating for 12 and wall mount TV -HDMI cable) Address: 800 3 Street SE, Calgary, AB T2G 2E7 just across 3rd street SE, East & south of City Hall train station. See Map below! zoom in for detail. Getting there: Calgary Transit seems the best way to get there. Unless you have your own parking spot you may find may find the Parking Authorities costs high in the downtown core. There is a drop off point [map pin] and special needs elevator on the south east side via 8 Ave SE, across from a small pay for lot. Also another larger parking lot starting a block more to the east. Read any parking instructions carefully and be prepared to pay. I might be walking from outside the downtown area.
