If you have a cell phone with data, you could "tether" your laptop to it via wifi and use your cell data. Probably easy to blow through many GBs of data on a laptop tho, so beware of cell data overcharges.

Subject: [clug-talk] Wireless Internet

I will be staying at the Peter Lougheed hospital for the time being. The only connection I have is Healthspot. It is a pain to hook up to. I have to try various browsers and still a lot of muking around. Does anyone have any suggestions to get this working. Not a lot of experience, so need a simple solution.

Thanks,

Joe
