Hi Matthew,

I have an application which keeps dumping a file in '/var/cores'.
Every time the app dumps, I would like to receive an snmptrap so I can
minimize downtime and hopefully fix this buggy program.

So the process flow is:

Monitor /var/cores
When 'file' appears in /var/cores, send snmp trap.
