Hello all, Been working with LDAP for simplifying user management on my Linux hosts. I have it working correctly and have now added a 2nd LDAP server to be the replica. I am using syncrepl to do the replication and I can verify on my replica's logs that I am getting information. A few things I dont understand: 1. If I point a client to the replica after crashing the master, nothing happens. I can't access anything in the replica's DB, but I have ensured that the DB is synced to the master ( I can see this in the consumer's logs). 2. Is there a good way to test this? 3. Anyone had good experience using mirrormode? I really just want to provide some basic redundancy. I would prefer to use syncrepl cause of its hot rollover capabilities. Any help would be appreciated!
