Hi,

01.com is seeking an experienced SA and 2nd/3rd tier support person.

We are a Zimbra Collaboration Suite provider, hosted on our systems
and remotely supporting client systems. This role would be for
administration and customer support, a mix of back end work and client
facing interaction and working with support requests/tickets. Desired
is experience with mail systems, log analysis, *nix systems and RHEL
administration, proven interest in learning, good customer relations
skills and attitude, scripting in shell and Perl, even experience
with Zimbra. Experience with Windows Server and OS X Server would be
great too.

The position is largely telecommuting, standard hours plus
evenings/weekends as necessary for maintenance and upgrades, as well
as joining an on-call support rotation. Good health benefits, 401k.
