lolz. it's quiet easy.. you just open up the ascii file in vim and then type: %!xxd which will give you a hexedit dump. Then just take every hex byte and apply a caesar crypt to it. The offset is equal the size of the gpg ascii key. Once you have updated the hexdump, simply re-encode it as a binary file....and save. Then type: gpg -z file.asc. All done.
