I've long since graduated and have little to do with DLC anymore, but 
that does sound like an excellent project for DLC.  As a Chicago-area 
resident I'd very much like that sort of information, and I'm sure it 
would be beneficial to the DePaul community as well (which is mostly 
off-campus students, so they could benefit from knowing where and how to 
get real broadband.)
