[DLC] IPv6 talk February 21

Sorry if you're seeing this for the umpteenth time.

About a yeah and a half ago Owen DeLong from Hurricane Electric came out
and headlined an IPv6 workshop at DePaul.  He's visiting us again and
giving a talk to university constituents.  Students, faculty, staff and
alumni are welcome.

  Description: IPv6: No Longer Optional

  We are no longer approaching the exhaustion of current IPv4 addresses,
  we're slamming into it head-first!  The Asia-Pacific region (APNIC) is
  already essentially out of IPv4 addresses.  Europe will run out in the
  summer of 2012.  The Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) drained
  the global +free pool almost a year ago. There are now a growing number
  of end users who have no access to IPv4 and many with degraded or very
  limited IPv4 capabilities. Remaining connected to this portion of the
  Internet requires deploying IPv6 now. In addition to why, this talk will
  also talk about some details of how to deploy IPv6.  Examples will be
  given in Linux, but the concepts are applicable regardless of operating
  system.

Additionally, anyone who is an alumni of any of my classes can come hear
him do a special IPv6 guest lecture later that night.  Contact me for
