Hi, all,

I work for Red Hat, and we're looking to fill a paid summer internship
position for our PaaS offering, openshift.com <http://openshift.com>.
You must be a current graduate or undergraduate student, graduating no
sooner than May 2014. The internship will be based out of our downtown
Chicago office.

We're on the cutting edge of cloud technology, so our primary objective
is to find someone who can demonstrate that they'll learn quickly and be
able to understand and work inside our infrastructure.

Bullet points for an ideal candidate:

Experience running Linux in a production environment, preferably Red Hat
Enterprise Linux

Working knowledge of monitoring systems like Nagios or Zabbix

Understanding of configuration management systems like Puppet or Chef

Experience with Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) layers like Amazon
Web Services (AWS) or OpenStack

Demonstrated ability to quickly and accurately troubleshoot issues

Experience with Bash and other scripting languages like Ruby, Python, etc=
=2E

All that said, this is an internship, so we don't expect you to come in
with an RHCE in hand, but you should be able to demonstrate your ability
to learn new concepts and come up to speed quickly.
