If you have more than the one site, sitehost have a mass-hosting package
and VM options that might suit? Not sure what smaller scale options are
good.

Cheap web hosting can be expensive (your time and the gallery's), so don't
put too much stock in saving a few bucks a month. Few cheap web hosts are
suited for a Drupal site (except in a fairly lightweight setup perhaps).

Having CLI access to apply security fixes via 'drush pm-up' instead of web
/ FTP can be a big time saver, for example.

Likewise any other limit of a cheap hosting env can cost you lots of time
in debugging, workarounds or relocation. So choose well :)

Sorry I don't have a straighter answer, but hopefully this might avoid some
pain down the track!
