Where is mkfs.ntfs?

I was using mkfs.ntfs to format my USB sticks.

I have got a new laptop (the old one having become unreliable) and
installed Ubuntu 13.04 and now I cannot find it.

Any idea what package it might be in?

I am using mkfs.vfat for now, which should do OK, but I am
discombobulated by loosing mkfs.ntfs
