well it depends - you need all the libraries that your app was compiled to 
use, plus all the libraries that they need etc etc

Have a peek at "man ld.so" you can put stuff like LD_TRACE_LOADED_OBJECTS and 
LD_DEBUG into your environment to get the shared library stuff to tell you more
