Thats great Bob. Yep that guy is from Orcon... click on his user icon and it tells you his real name and business he works for. I have a friend that lives on the Oamaru side of that flooded area... and her phone exchange is on the Dunedin side of the flood... She is on telecom... so I guess she might be off line too.
