Fibre cut between Dunedin and ChCh.
Fibre cut between ChCh and Wellington.

Orcon apparently did not have sufficient failover until late Saturday PM.
We (WIC/Wicked Networks) had working upstream service although some
services were affected.

Don't beat up the provider too much - this was essentially worst-case
scenario for most carriers. While two carriers do have redundant rings
ChCh-Invercargill via Dunedin and Queenstown and ChCh-Wellington via Picton
and Greymouth, not all ISPs provision sufficient redundant capacity on
these services to stay up in the event of a double outage.
