That is the advantage that beer (and chardonnay) have over cannabis...

Seriously I know this is a hard problem, and it is a trade off.  IMO the
balance is in the wrong place.  Opinions are cheap.

As for using a pair of servers that is an obvious answer that I did not
think of (I am not in dev/production scenario I am in  pure DEV mode
currently).

Using a virtual machine may be a budget way of achieving the same goal.
 Mind you the price of VPS these days...
