What Linux-based phone should I get?

Hiya,

My trusty 10 year old flip phone looks like it might have died after 
going through the wash. This begs the question of what Linux-based phone 
should I get, if any at all. I don't necessarily need a fully featured 
phone with apps and mobile data.

There's FirefoxOS and Ubuntu Touch which seem pretty good options vs. 
Android but what are the consumer realities of this in NZ? I'm not 
against Android at all - I have an Android tablet and I suspect getting 
an Android phone will make my tablet somewhat redundant.

What do you use?
