I use "Gimp "  and believe me I'm not a technical computer person,  but 
someone helped me to do what I wanted to do with my photo's,  like 
adding text to my photo's. But,   I am told it has many more things that 
a computer savvy person can do with Gimp.   And it's free   Cheers.
