Stacksocial are selling Udemy courses in the same model as Humble Bundle (pay what you want)

Hi guys,

Are Udemy courses worthwhile for learning new skills and technologies?  
A friend told me about really cheap bundle deals on stacksocial.com and 
I've purchased a few that feature languages I want to learn.  I'm also 
considering one on node.js and all the reading I've done suggests I 
should go for it despite the higher price for that bundle.
