+1 for this. I'd love to see some discussions and gauge the higher-lever "feel" for where Ubuntu think mobile is going. There is no way something big like LibreOffice is going to compile/run on a handheld device in the near future, and the mobile app market is already far too segmented (iOS, Android, Blackberry, WindowsPhone,....) for anyone to seriously consider launching yet another platform, so I see the Ubuntu phone as a vote of confidence in the HTML5 extended API being able to leverage mic input, vibrate, etc? The Ubuntu OS "app store" strikes me as more of a GitHub-esque distribution of sources than vetted binary blobs.
