Alex, I occasionally maintain an installation of vTiger for work. I did not do the original setup, but have upgraded it several times which involved a fresh install to test the new version first. I can't say I actually have much experience with actually using it though. I do not have any experience with the others, but Zurmo looks interesting. What do you need help with?
