Have a look at Openmediavault (http://www.openmediavault.org/) too. It is based on Debian, Squeeze at this point, but is being constantly developed and will be on Wheezy in the future. The developer was originally on the FreeNAS team, I believe. I've been using Openmediavault since about October last year, and it has been excellent!. Stuart.
