Aún continúo con el problema de los modem interno. Después de ejecutar init Q 
las log me reportan...

Y cuando lo trato de hacer con el minicom no hace nada ni siquiera el comando 
ATA responde, ademas si trato de levantar el ppp-on me dice entre otras cosas 
"Can't get terminal parameters: Input/output error" alguna idea.
