Como bloquear chats, irc, mp3, avi, etc

Hola amigos espero que este mensaje llegue a la lista
ya que he tenido muchos problemas con esto.  Hace
varias semanas que no recibo correo de la lista ni
llegan los míos.

El asunto es que necesito con urgencia bloquear los
chats (yahoo messenger, messenger de hotmail), IRC, la
bajada de archivos mp3, avi, etc.

Les estaré agradecido.
