Bloquear archivos adjuntos

Hola, estoy intentando bloquear archivos adjuntos como .exe, tengo 
postfix y squirrelmail para webmail, he agregado la siguiente línea en 
/etc/postfix/main.cf:

mime_header_checks = pcre:/etc/postfix/mime_check.pcre

Y he creado el archivo /etc/postfix/mime_check.pcre agregando la línea:

/name=[^>]*\.exe/ REJECT

Pero cuando acceso desde el webmail para probar, el navegador se queda 
esperando a webmail.dominio.com y luego da un mensaje de error de conexión.

Si comento la línea del main.cf funciona normalmente

Que podrá ser?
