Configurar SpamAssassin en Linux

Buenas tardes:

Tengo un servidor con Linux y le puse "enabled" al SpamAssassin. El
problema es que no se como configurarlo a la medida para que me envie el
SPAM a una carpeta especifica o como hago para incluir direcciones seguras
y que nos las identifique como SPAM?, Alguien sabe como hacer eso?
