Ghostscript?

I may have been sent the wrong thing,
but . . .

Someone has sent me a file that my
best guess is a ghostscript file. The
filename has no extension. Gimp
doesn't like it, nor does Irfan View
nor PhotoImpact, nor Xnview. . .

But some refer to ghostscript in their
error messages.

Any ideas?
