save photos to Flash drive

Hi everyone I have a number of photos in different folders that I want to save to a Flash Drive. I have saved individual photos previously, but cannot for the life of me think how I did it ... maybe via Konqueror. Anyway if anyone can advise me I'd be very grateful I run Pclinuxos using KDE.
