Hi Everyone, Rene and I have been talking and have come up with the following idea: Instead of having physical meetings (until someone organises to host the meetings), have an online meetup (something of a talk radio show with a twist). Once (if) meetings start again, it would be a compliment to the meeting (or even part of the meeting, the person running the meeting (or someone else) could stream it live (to me) and have both of them as one thing. The main thing that was noted that would be missed was getting questions answered, so the idea we have come up with is that every month/2 weeks we will have an "online meeting". What this will involve is a live streaming "radio show" where people can sign up to have questions answered or even if they just have something to say (beforehand, or during if there is space) and in the order that those requests were submitted we would call you and speak to you live (so that other members can "tune in" and listen) There would also be a chatroom for members to interact. We are hoping that this will increase the numbers of people at "meetings" as no travel is required, just an internet connection to view the stream and participate in chat, it could even mean "members" from outside HB, though local members wanting to speak would take priority. Questions, Comments, suggestions, criticisms? Cheers Daniel
