The lack of being able to bring hardware to a virtual meeting is very 
true, which is why I also suggested that a combination meeting would 
work well if someone was able to host the meeting.
If meetings are not possible it could be a handy medium for someone to 
put their hand up and say "i can drop round and fix that". Also as they 
are online (and if we were to go for the 2 weekly option) the time you 
would have to wait for such an event would be shorter.
