Not sure you can even get a desktop monitor with webcam. I know the laptop ones 
are quite limited in that you cant change the angle of view. So with the screen 
tilted to right place for best viewing the cam seems to get just the top of your 
head..
I separate webcam gives you much more flexibility for placement.
