Had them on the phone for a good hour - then i had to leave for a "family
dinner"

they refused to give me their number so i could ring them back.
It was great fun, i let them have access to my computer - then unplugged the
network, playing dumb and got them connected again and just randomly pulled
out the network cable again lol

It was hilarious!
