Got rung up again (3rd time), did all the error codes and dialogs from 
memory and now my disk wont boot! LOL

Did a really good job of being a total idiot.
She gave me a number, after claiming it they were a NZ company.

Rung up the number, appears to be Fusion Networks.

Can someone provide confirmation for this company - if they're just a 
decoy or something.
