So this is how the third phone call went: (Apparently I dont know anything, which he found apparent from talking to me, meanwhile I just stripped, cleaned and rebuilt a desktop computer before this call) Indian Guy informed me I had malware and thats why hes calling, asked what OS am i using and such, he told me that their MS Cerified Technicians will fix all my issues for me. Then it was passed onto a female, who claimed to be a MS Certified Engineer, she told me to go to event viewer and informed me that all the (i told her I had lots of errors) error logs in the Windows, Applications Logs were things that they needed to clean up for a small charge. It was then I told her that I don't have my computer on that much because of the smell of smoke that I get from the computer and I tried finding a program online to stop it - she laughed her head off and then informed me that they will fix that issue. I needed to go to www.logmein123.com and type in that 6 digit code. I then claimed the file was taking ages to download (this was all from memory, I wasnt even at a running computer) Apparently after my file downloaded, it came up as it not being a valid Win32 Application. I was then told to reboot into safe mode with networking, apparently it came up with an I/O Error (sounds like a bad thing right?) - told to power off for 15seconds, after that 15, powered it on, now it wont boot up and now it comes up with BOOT DISK ERROR!!!?!?!!? (OMGWTF!) I was given a wellington phone number and then she said she'll ring back in 20minutes after I've unplugged all the cables from the box for that 20minutes. nearly 2hrs later, she rings back (just a few moments ago) I told her that it still comes up with BOOT DISK ERROR and she asked me if I have a system disc, I said no, I asked her if they sell one, because I will buy one. She told me to reboot again and press F8 to get to the windows boot menu, I told her it still comes up with that BOOT DISK ERROR, asked stupidly, what does it mean by that error, she went silent and hung up. Call Ended...
