Look for USB Vendor ID 03F0 and Product ID 171D or similar.

Looks to be a bluetooth/wireless device using USB. Both bluetooth and 
wireless are radio signals. Bluetooth uses  the 2400-2480 MHz band, 
as does wireless 802.11a and b.
