No, my router and modem is same. Means single device. And, I have Raspbian
and I access it from my laptop via SSH (PuTTY) and configuring it on SSH is
not my issue. I want to access it from outside my home network. Let's
assume I am at my friend's home and he has his own home network and I want
to access my Pi from his location using his network. Is it possible?

OK. I will check it for GUI access. Yes, I access my Pi in GUI mode using
Remote Desktop Viewer (comes by default in Ubuntu) from my laptop when I am
at home or using same network.
