The current one does not provide full flexibility, therefore, we have  
plans of moving the server to another host. As far as Joomla and  
typo3, even though I never tried typo3 but I strongly suggest Drupal  
<drupal.org>, it is very flexible, easy and promising, It is more  
than a CMS, plus, it has a forums plugin, if we ever need one.
