Saad thank you very much for your usual fast response.
I have checked out the SMF it is great and I think we should use it.
now I am awaiting for the response of the other member especially the ones how are controlling the current server so we can move on to another hosting comapny since this does not support PHP and MySQL.
so please guys ... I know that everyone is busy but is not ???? 

PS: am I the only one getting bounced by the mailer all the time ???? my e-mail is never full but I get bounced !!!!!

I proposed SMF www.simplemachines.org for jedlug forum, even i have tested
it out, its installation is very simple, it takes hardly 15 minutes to be
installed.
as far as joomla concerned, the current version of joomla doesn't have forum
module, you will have to use addon module to setup forum, forum support will
be added in next version.
