IBM864(Cp 864) encoding problem help

Hello there from Turkey,

I need some help in order to find out that;

does Oracle 10g (linux version) or IBM DB2 database support IBM864 (CP864)
Arabic Character encoding?

We have some problems in order to write data to database on 1 bit and 2 bit
confusion.

i did not find any information about that..

I thing that, this place is the best  forum and source that i can find an
answer.

How can this problem solved.

i will be appreciate if you enlightened me.
