Did you try to google a little?
a simple search in www.freshmeat.net on the word "cad" gave me these 
results:
http://freshmeat.net/search/?q=CAD&section=projects&x=6&y=9

Autocad results:
http://freshmeat.net/search/?q=autocad&section=projects&x=0&y=0

you can also try SourceForge at www.sf.net and give it a little try on 
your search terms...
