We want to increase this partition size by adding a HD , we want to do that without formatting . Is it possible ? How if yes. Here are some details : This server currently has 2 SCSI HDs (sda & sdb) , 16 GB each . ------------------------- ---------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------ /dev/sda |_/boot_(100MB)__| _/swap_(2 GB)_____|________/local (software raid)_________| ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ /dev/sdb |_______________/local (software raid)_______________ _____________________| /dev/md0 is mounted as /local , this is the partition we want to increase .
