A guy in my office uses this to create bootable DOS cd's http://www.nu2.nu/bootcd/ It has a lot of options, and some of them are a little tricky to figure out, but it works nicely. Its on my todo list to strip down the processes and get rid of all the cabs and just have everything sitting on the CD, but haven't gotten around to it yet. Good riddance to the floppy drive!
