Hi All,

I remember we discussed it ones, and I went to our list's archives, but
could not find it. The problem is that some sites appear to block my
browser on the basis of it's being not MSIE or my OS not being MS-kind.
One example is:
http://farechase.yahoo.com/pages/browsernotsupported.html

I really need that site now since I'm looking for cheap air-fairs.
I found some sites describing how to change Firefox agent string
(http://johnbokma.com/mexit/2004/04/24/changinguseragent.html), and I
tried that, but it did not work. Maybe they actually checking on OS and
not just the browser.

So, could anyone lead me to those sites where the trick is described?
I really want to disguise as MSIE and Windows XP. Or maybe I miss some
other small things, like the string should be exactly with all the spaces
and dots etc. And how do I change the OS identification from Linux to MS
Windows?

Thanks in advance,

Andrei
