Re: Wireless network cards

to be honest, it's been a long time since i had an orinocco card, but
i remember that i had to do something odd and at the moment i can't
remember what.  i'll look around and see if i see what i'm looking
for.

just for reference, i had an old linksys 802.11b pcmcia card on a dell
8200 laptop running redhat 8,9 and fedora 1,2 back when i used that
card.  i was using the gui tools, but i had to create a hermes.conf or
something and throw it in some wireless directory.  i'll get back to
you and see if that is true/still valid/useful.
