Re: Meeting Schedule Planning

Regarding my role in discussion of community based wireless, I hasten to
mention (again) that I am not (much of) a techie but (more) a user of
technology.  Jonathan invited me to offer my viewpoint after I talked with
him about my experience at the Conference on Media Reform in Saint Louis
last month.

I imagine that the MORLUG group might be allies in a more general effort
at media reform that would include commercial radio, television,
newspapers, magazines, etc. as well as the open-source movement and
broadband.

I'm still not a LINUX user but ready to jump in whenever the time is
right.  I do use Firefox and SquirrelMail, at the instigation of my
Linux-using open-source-advocate son Luke, whose independent bookstore
webservice is found at http://www.bibliopolis.com.

I'm looking forward to meeting you all.
