Spam on root

I wonder if anybody knows how I can stop spam coming to my root account? I
presume there should be options in sendmail.mc file? Restricting mail to
root from the local domain, like wvu.edu only, or blocking it completely
from the outside would be fine.  But I want to set it only for root, not
for the users. Any suggestions?
