Some ideas:

Distribute ubuntu discs, maybe have some CentOS discs on hand for  
departments that wanna try it.
Demonstrate linux to interested people: Show MIX working, open  
office, WVU Wireless
Let people boot up Live CDs and give it a try on their hardware.
Perhaps a list of WVU offices on campus that use linux for desktops  
or servers

ATTEMPT TO GET STUDENTS TO COME TO MEETINGS : we need lots of  
propaganda, need to pull students in.

show off some linux gaming, perhaps some of the nicer 1st person  
shooters

On a related note, is anyone working on fliers yet? Also, is the list  
of meeting topics for the semester on the website yet?
