Re: Government sites serving Microsoft users only

This is an ironic example that you've posted, in that it fails to
display for you due to a deficiency in Firefox, not because they're
"serving Microsoft users only." Right click the page and select "view
source" if you need to find out what obscure plugin Mozilla is looking
for... it's not helpful enough to tell you when it can't find one for
a mystery content type (look for the 'embed' tag).

In this case, the file type is .tiff, a very common and standard image
type, which Mozilla doesn't support out of the box. Here's a plugin to
support and display it:
