I'm sorry I've missed the last lunch meeting - my fault.
I have this topic for the next meeting: Vido conferencing on Linux.
I know many people use Skype. They introduce vide-conferencing
since version 2.0, and now they have version 3.0 for Windows.
But for Linux they still offer version 1.3 without video, and it looks
like they stopped further linux development -(.

I tried Ekiga.org/net, and it seems to work for Linux, with some problems.
But I can not communicate with the rest of the world using Skype.
Ekiga claims that they are Microsoft compatible, which, as I understand,
means
that I can login to microsof network using ekiga clients (never tried it
though).
But what about Skype?

Is there any Linux solution for this?

Or any solution in general how I can arrange for video conferencing with
people
using Windows?
