Re: Morlug HOWTO question

Thanks all for your usefule hints with web-design systems.

Especially I found Drupal, suggested by Damian, really good. I like the fact that it is PHP based, which I am well familiar with. One thing I stumbled on, and I wonder if you might have similar problems, is that I can not get the search form to appear on the web page for not-logged in users.
This is really strange. When I am logged in I can control the search form to appear or disappear from the page using either Administer->Site Building->Blocks
or  Administer->Site Building->Themes
But neither settings have any effect on the appearacne of the search form when I am not logged in - it is simply not there.
I wonder if you had similar experience, and may know the answer?
I tried to google on this, but couldn't find any answer.
